James Banks celebrates 50 years of Training

Helping people reach their goals for 25 years. You can build your habits at any age. It won't get easier than right now.

At 42. my knees made me give up the high impact sport of basketball and tried natural bodybuilding.

Before long I was competing at a world level. My joints felt great so I decided to make it a habit for life

Natural Bodybuilding was a happy accident. It turns out that's it's one of the best ways to preserve muscle, maintain low fat long term. It has allowed me to age with mobility, cardio stamina and energy unrivalled by many my age . I'm free to pursue life anywhere it takes me.

At 64, my habits continue to help me maintain muscle mass, flexibility and mobility with no sign of stopping !
